Czajkowski Farm

Joe Czajkowski farms over 400 acres across New England. Many of his fields are located within 2 miles of UMass campus. In addition to working with Pioneer Valley farmers to make local produce available during winter, Joe Czajkowski has developed machinery that is capable of making spiralized vegetables. On top of this, he is expanding his chicken production from 500 to 2,000 chickens, and is partnering with UMass Dining to freeze local berries so that they are available during winter.
