Anthony Jung is the chef de cuisine of Worcester DC, Franklin DC, and Mt. Ida. Prior to his current position, Anthony was the former Chef of the highly acclaimed Berkshire Dining Commons. Anthony is an alumnus of UMass Amherst, completing his degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Sustainable Agriculture. Additionally, he is a certified ACF Executive Chef CEC completing course work in management, nutrition, and sanitation. In addition, Anthony has the distinction of being a 14 time gold medal recipient. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys spending time on the golf course, fly-fishing and cooking for friends and family.
